- The travel itinerary is subject to weather, road, and local conditions. Any changes will be made in the best interest of safety.
- In case of any accident, illness, or injury during the journey, the traveler will be responsible. However, full support and assistance will be provided from our side.
- No refund will be provided if a passenger leaves or is unable to continue the trip for any reason during the journey.
- If the trip extends due to weather, road blockage, or any unavoidable situation, an extra charge of ₹3000 per person per day will apply.
- Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and required personal documents.
- Any personal expenses such as snacks, lunch, shopping, entry tickets, or additional activities are not included in the package.
- In case of natural calamities (landslides, snowfall, roadblocks), the itinerary may be modified or delayed without prior notice.
- Accommodation at high-altitude locations like Spiti Valley and Chandratal Lake will be basic due to remote conditions.
- Guests are advised to follow the instructions of the driver/guide for safety throughout the trip.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle or property by the traveler will be chargeable.

- Cancellation requests made through phone calls or messages will not be accepted.
